Cancellations Policy
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. There is no cancellation of orders placed when order is placed for Same Day Delivery and those products on special occasions like Onam, Diwali, Valentine’s Day etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
Cancellations can be made by phone or email. All changes must be handled directly with a representative of AM Bakers and confirmed.
Refund Policy
When you buy our cakes, for any reason, not entirely happy with your order, we will cheerfully issue a refund and we will charge amount for returning as per our norms. We make and sell cakes that have thousands of satisfied customers. To request a refund, simply contact us with your purchase details within 24 Hours of your order. Please include your order number (sent to you via email after ordering) and optionally tell us why you’re requesting a refund – we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service.
